RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
If your order for damaged/defecting/misprinted is approved, the refund is given in the form of ‘Credits’. If there is an issue with the product or print quality, we’ll produce a replacement or refund the money to you.
The following are considered product-quality issues:
- The product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
- design (incorrect position on print area, incorrect print area)
- Design not properly applied to the product
- Incorrect size, color, product type
- Incorrect design
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT CONSIDERED PRODUCT-QUALITY ISSUES:
- Personal taste
- The product doesn’t fit
- Unhappiness with color or cut
- Low design resolution
Any claims regarding damaged/defecting/misprinted on Products must be submitted photograph and a brief explanation of the problem by email within the 7 days of the delivery & you can’t be claimed after 7 days & For packages lost in transit; all claims must be submitted no later than one week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.
- If you or your customers notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
- If the shipment will be returned to us due to the lacking address provided by you or the customer, in this case, you would have to bear all the shipping costs once we rectify the updated address with you.
- If we get any cancellation notice before the product has been processed, the order shall be canceled immediately & the entire amount will be refunded. But if the product is found to be printed or already shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved.
- Each order is important to us but will reject or cancel the order due to a condition based on the availability of the product’s quantity for purchase error, inaccuracy, or pricing information.
- Sometimes shipments may also take 7-8 business days to dispatch and we will not be responsible if any shipment is delayed by logistic partners. Once you confirmed the order there is no possibility of editing or canceling
- CORRECTING ADDRESS – If the address you provided for delivery is found to be incorrect by shipping vendors and if a request for address correction is made, you will be charged an additional shipping amount to correct the address after dispatch.
- DELIVERY NOT CLAIMED: If the product is not delivered for some reason and it finally becomes unclaimed and returns to us on subsequent attempts, you will be bear for the cost of a re-delivery to yourself or the customer end.
- QUALITY & LOST ISSUES: In case of issues related to damaged/defecting/misprinted items sent by Merabrandstore to the customer, you should escalate within 7 days of delivery of the product. For items lost in shipment, claims, if any occur no later than 7 days.
- CUSTOMER REJECTION: As the product is customized as per the requirement of the vendor or customer, any such returns or rejections should be circulated through you. We do not refund for any modifications to the size or color & therefore such modifications are to be offered at your expense. If you wish to accept or offer exchanges to your customers, a new order must be placed at your expense for an updated revision. It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products
- RETURNED ORDERS: Orders you can resales within 60 days, otherwise We would donate the order to charity either the vendor can choose to Reship the order to himself or any other address.
